Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume seasons (like holidays or major sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location and the weight of your package.

Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Domestic (USA/Local): 3–7 business days.

International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination country and customs processing).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey through the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
myneedohtoys.us is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses; however, delivery times may be slightly longer for these locations.

Damages and Missing Packages
Damaged Items: If you receive your order and items are damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and product.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If still missing, contact our support team.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
